Han Shan

Han Shan is a figure of Buddhist lore, said to be the author of a certain collection of poems from the T’ang Dynasty. In 1970, Columbia University Press released a book of his selected poems titled Cold Mountain: 100 Poems by the T’ang poet Han Shan, translated by Burton Watson. (7/2010)
